A light red hue in the glass, the nose has savoury stems and red cherry, the front palate has an abundance of ripe cherry fruit, however there is a gap in the mid palate, with no real fruit present. The finish has good spice and again cherry, the tannins are slightly bitter, and the finish a little metallic.
