Solid red in colour, this Piinot sits squarely on the 'savoury' side of Pinot's , it has briary fruit with dark cherry most evident. The mid to back palate shows the influence of whole bunch ferment with stem and spice characters. The wine has lingering length and balanced mouth feel. An excellent restrained Mournington Pinot that will reward time in the cellar.
