Dark red hue in the glass, a savoury, brooding pinot with the effects of whole bunch ferment evident, there is lashing of dark cherry and cedar throughout the wine, however it is somewhat closed at the moment with no real secondary characters on show. That said this wine has the potential to truly flourish after a number years in the bottle.
