Crafted from low yielding old vines the wine begins with an aromatic nose of stems, cherry and plum, the palate is full and dominated by plum and cherry with some spicy oak integration in the mid to back palate, along with fine, but firm tannins.

The wine is drinking well now but is a Pinot that should easily handle medium term cellaring over which it will develop more subtle complexity in the mid to back palate.
