The nose is complex and savoury with lots of dark cherry, stem and coffee like oak influences.
The palate has a superb tannin structure that adds complexity and contrast to spicy dark cherry fruit.
The finish has drying cherry fruit and cocoa, with the length being good, but not quite befitting the quality the other elements the wine exhibits.
