This is one of the best Austins releases I have tried over the previous few years, the wine has an attractive light red hue , the nose balances red fruits, savoury stem and earth whilst gaining cedary oak characters.
The wine moves effortlessly across the palate with dark cherry, oak, tannins, framing acidity and spices transitioning seamlessly back and forth from one another, a layered and enjoyable experience even at this young age.
