A perennial favorite that has fared very well in a warmer year, the wine is more dark than red cherry but has the layers of flavor that one expects from Curly Flat.
A medium red in colour the nose unravels with wild strawberry, rhubarb and cherry alongisde floral spices.
A full bodied expression of Pinot Noir with black cherry and rhubarb showing the wines dark side before beautifully integrated oak gives baking spice richness that lifts what are drying, earthen tannins. Black cherry lingers with flashes of vanillin spice to finish.
