2019 Flux V Denmark Pinot Noir 

A delicate, light red in colour with a nose of cherry alongside rosemary, sweet spice and wet earth; very Burgundian in its stylings. There is lovely texture in part due to the taut acidity with the wine still having enough definition of fruit to hold your attention now, but most importantly the structure to flourish with time. The bouquet garnet of herbs on the palate is supported by a suppleness of cherry fruit with a twist of rhubarb and drying fine tannin to finish. 

A great wine that will turn heads.
