A gold to salmon red in colour, the nose is gamey and earthy with a touch of dark cherry fruit, the wine has a very fine bead, showing citrus on entry with equal measure of red berry fruits on the palate, without any great complexity

The acid structure is impressive and should underwrite some additional development over the next couple of years.
