Review Detail
2009 Bass Phillip Crown Prince Pinot Noir
Wine Rating
91
A somewhat feral and barnyard nose that is backed by dark cherry fruit.
The palate is more elegant with well defined spiced cherry fruit that sits more on the earthy side , the tannins are fine and firm and frame the wine well on the finish.
A good proposition for short to medium term cellaring.
