Pinot Noir January 03, 2013
2010 By Farr Farrside Pinot Noir
Wine Rating

96
A densely coloured Pinot, the wine shows its masculine characters on the nose with dense dark cherry and an abundance of savoury herbs.

The wine has lots of complexity on the palate with youthful red cherry wrapped up in tight grained coffee oak, the tannins are dusty and the wine finishes with dark berries and attractive sappy stem characters.

This wine is in need of; and will reward time in the cellar.

By Farr / Farr Rising continues to be one of Australia's great Pinot producers.
