A medium red that is holding a bright hue given its age, aged burgundy nose of sappy red cherry backed by forrest floor and subtle clove.
The wine is well structured with a balance between primary cherry and plum and secondary savoury earth. Oak is supporting with sage, beetroot and kirsh rounding out the palate.The tannins are fine but drying and give structure to the savoury red fruited finish.
