A very Good color for its age, with a bright red hue with a little browning towards the rim. The nose is fully mature with earth, cherry, blackberry and sage.

As expected there are layers of forrest floor complexity with briny cherry and olive. There is still a dash of mineral spice and background savoury elements that make you think this wines best days are behind it. The finish has depth of stewed red fruits and sage.
