2012 Levantine Hill Pinot Noir
Wine Rating

88
A funky and meaty nose backed by red fruits, the palate shows a high proportion of oak and a density of dark cherry and plum. There is ample spice and leathery notes on the mid to back palate , but I can't help but think it's a little overworked to the detriment of varietal structure and balance. There is length of savoury and spicy red fruits to finish.
