2006 Foxes Island Pinot Noir
Wine Rating
93
Deep red in colour, dark cherry and savoury ripe stems on the nose, the palate opens up well with earthy dark cherry and cinnamon on the front palate, these elegant and well proportioned flavours continue to the back palate which shows evolved forrest floor characteristics, and lingers well in the mouth. The finish has typical pinot varietal spice and excellent persistence
