Pinot Noir December 05, 2010
2008 Sinclair of Scotsburn Pinot Noir
Wine Rating

90
The nose shows sour cherry, on the palate the fruit is somewhat hidden at the moment, with more vanillian oak influences and spice evident. There is some cherry and plum, that will become more prominent over time. The wine finishes with firm acidity, that will diminish over coming years, and allow a number of years in the cellar
