2007 Nautilus Pinot Noir
Wine Rating
95
Deep red hue in the glass, the nose packs a punch with spice, raspberry and red cherry all present in equal measure. The palate has layers of red and dark cherry and is centered around an impressive tannin structure that you would associate more with a Shiraz than Pinot. The back palate has subtle spice mixed with some richer plum fruit and finishes with excellent persistence. An exceptional wine
