2017 Byron and Harold The Partners Pinot Noir
Wine Rating

96
This is a benchmark Western Australian Pinot Noir, it has more generosity and substance than those found on the South Eastern seaboard, but beautiful in it’s own right.

The nose gives a heady mix of aromatics that span from cherry cola to earth, sweet spice and rhubarb. There is a plushness of cherry and rhubarb fruit on the palate, but length and complexity is teased out by a web of gently spiced tannin and beautifully integrated acid.

Graphite and dark cherry combine with lingering spice on the finish.
