Review Detail

The wine is a pretty red with great clarity in the glass, the nose starts savoury with undergrowth notes that are backed by black cherry and graphite before an embellishment of strawberry fruit. The wine has taut lines and is set for a long future; Dark cherry is dominant with some faint charcuterie notes and bitter dark chocolate before a weave of spice gives generosity and depth to finish. A well made wine that is very good value.
