A wine from a cool site, in a cool year with the wine walking the tightrope between savoury, earthen edged fruit and faint vegetal notes. There is a lot to like on the palate with wet earth and forrest floor characters pitted against red cherry and rhubarb, acidity holds your attention and oak gives richness and spice. Will continue to evolve over the coming 5 years.
