Review Detail
2019 Oakridge Yarra Valley Pinot Noir
Wine Rating
92
A very smart release from a producer that has all price points covered. In terms of technique the wine was fermented using whole berries and bunches prior to 9 months in barrel. A light, bright and crunch wine that enjoys top notes of red cherry and cranberry and given dimension by earthen spice. The mid palate shows a little more texture and breadth with rhubarb and red cherry holding your attention in a generous yet nervy way.
