Aromatics give floral spice, dark cherry and fresh autumnal earth.
A more structural wine when compared to the estate release with tannins that are firm but fine and take on the influence of black cherry and bramble.
The concentration of fruit and the interplay with tight grain oak and drying tannin is impressive. The wine has balance and interest now but will age incredibly well.
