A wine that is made to cellar, the nose is earthy and intriguing with stems , dark cherry and spice. The front palate is restrained and builds weight and power through the mid to back palate with savoury plum and cherry combining with a fine tannin and acid structure that gives rise to an exceptionally persistent finish.
