Review Detail
2008 Red Hill Estate Cellar Door Pinot Noir
Wine Rating
91
A very light red hue in the glass, the wine is elegant with clear varietal cherry fruit, the tannins are ripe and there is a pleasing hit of spicy vanillin oak on the back palate. The finish has silky cherry fruit and dark chocolate undertones.
The wine is well made and will will develop additional subtlety and complexity with medium term cellaring
