The Wine is produced from close planted vines with a high proportion of whole berry and new oak that is certainly evident on the nose with coffee, stem , savoury cherry and vanillin oak evident.
The palate builds and twists from a spicy savoury backbone that amplifies the impact of the cherry and plum fruit the melds wonderfully with fine firm tannins and youthful acidity.
This wine is crying out for time in the cellar and will become a benchmark.
