Review Detail
2008 Castle Rock Estate Pinot Noir
Wine Rating
94
Medium red in colour the nose has elegant dark cherry and forest floor aromas.
The palate is silky smooth, but not shy on flavour, dark cherry and plum gains subtle spice and lingers in the mouth with the finest tannins and a touch of stem.
The length of this wine is superb and has a savoury earthy character that contrasts the pure varietal fruit
