Pinot Noir September 28, 2011
2009 Bass Phillip Premium Pinot Noir
Wine Rating

94
Medium red in colour, the nose benefits from aromatic oak and brambly cherry fruit.

The wine is medium bodied and begins with bright cherry that gains pepper and spice over the palate with a peacocks tail of flavour that unfurls on the mid to back palate, centered around stewed cherry and subtle spices.

The wine has the tannin and acid structure to reward medium term cellaring.
