From the outset it is evident this wine has a large amount of winemaker derived complexity , the result being a supremely enjoyable and interesting wine.
The nose has funky apple and citrus characters that become more salty and briney on the palate , as the journey progresses savoury peach and crunchy mineral acidity take hold. The finish has very good length.
