A lightly golden yellow in colour , a wonderfully aromatic nose with lime zest against beautiful aged characters of fresh toast and the slightest touch of kerosine.
The palate shows why this is a great example of Australian Riesling , there is piercing lime and citrus that has a fullness and grippy textural complexity that is unparalleled.
The finish is a slate and and mineral expression of fresh citrus. A superb wine.
