2015 Pewsey Vale Riesling

A very light yellow in colour, with some slight green flecks in the glass, there is an attractive nose of lifted citrus blossom, background musky notes and lime.

A pristine palate with mineral drive alongside floral notes and subtle lime characters, there is a fullness to finish that takes this riesling to another plane, it is the textural counterpoint with grapefruit like twang that accentuates it’s length and has you looking for another sip.

This wine is pretty and approachable now, given this vineyards track record it will become a classic example of Eden with years to come, value is incredible.
