A light yellow in the glass, wet slate and lime zest frame the aromatic and youthful nose. The palate gives a nervy acidity that works well with crystalline lime and crunchy underripe green apple. The texture to finish is great with a touch of fruit sweetness to what is otherwise mouth watering acidity.
