A nose of lime, chalk, slate and honey blossom that speaks of the cool climate from which the grapes were grown.
A vibrant and pure wine with precise citrus notes and a build of texture across the palate. The finish is long and focussed with floral notes interwoven with lime and meyer lemon.
Delicious now, and will reward time.
