An attractive nose of lime, candied apple and jasmine, the residual sugar on the palate provides a soft and fruit driven entry before a wave of acidity pulls everything into line. There is citrus zest and a drive of green apple fruit that that is accentuated and given length by the racy acidity.
The textural interplay is what i most enjoy about the wine that shows some very clever winemaking.
