The wine opens with lemon zest and a touch of citrus blossom on the nose. The palate continues the citrus theme with a baseline of lime that has a chalky acidity weaved throughout. There is grapefruit like texture to finish that should become more integrated with time in the bottle as the wines fruit components start to fill out.
