The value of this wine is incredible, pristine fruit and some great winemaking has produced an off dry resiling with texture and length that rivals many wines double or triple the price.
The nose is youthfully pure with green apple and jasmine, the palate shows green apple and lime before a thread of citrus acidity takes over and gives a sweet and sour experience that flows into a long, lime and crushed rock dominant finish with tingly acidity.
