Plenty of care and attention has gone into this wine; it has breadth of fruit, yet precise acidity that supports the enjoyable interlude with well balanced residual sugar. The nose has fresh lime with lemon zest and some faint jasmine. The palate starts with candied lime that carries a saline and moreish edge, fresh white flowers give a floral note to faint petroleum characters that are true to the variety. The finish is long and focused.
