The slightest green to yellow hue in the glass. The nose is piercingly pure with lime, talc and wet slate. Tantalisingly pure finger limes and fresh lemon work with a chalkiness of texture; citrus and green apple give significant drive and the wine finishes achingly dry. A benchmark example of the variety.
