The most pure and complete of a great lineup of 2021 Rieslings. The influence of fresh lime on the nose is so pure with aromatic citrus blossom and wet slate completing the picture. The palate unfurls with waves of citrus fruits that are interjected by jasmine like spice and an understated mealy texture that is somewhat savoury. The finish courses with lime.
