A honeyed expression of fresh lemon and orange blossom on the nose; a masterfully made wine with acidity giving lovely contrast, depth and focus yet perfectly integrated with the ripe apple and lime fruit. There is a tropical thread to finish that is pulled back by mineral acidity.
