A light yellow with a fleck of green in the glass. Piercingly pure lime has a mineral and floral and talc edge on the nose. The wine pushes acidity about as far as it can go with a tantalizingly zesty and energetic baseline of just ripe lemon; jasmine and Granny Smith apple give a richer veneer, before driving length of fresh lime with enough of an embellishment of white flowers to give complexity.

A serious wine that will live for decades.
