Intense aromatics of fresh lime, crushed slate, jasmine and orange blossom. The floral orange blossom influence flows across the palate and gives an initially supple feel before a build of mineral, slate like acidity. There are embellishments of kaffir lime and even a touch of savoury grapefruit before the long, textural finish. Impressive value.
