A more austere representation of Clare Valley than the Emerald Isle with a crushed rock and mineral character that melds with lemon and lime fruits that are savoury and textural in their impact. It is the flow and carry of the wine that is world class.. chalky then flowing in the same breadth. Give it time and watch it truly evolve.
