Review Detail
2012 Paulett Polish Hill Riesling
Wine Rating
91
A very light yellow in the glass, the nose is sweet fruited, bordering on tropical.
The palate is bone dry which creates a sherbet like experience with piercing acidity played off against fruit sweetness. The tropical fruits from the nose are replaced by green apple, with the length on the finish excellent.
