A fully golden yellow in colour , the nose is a honeyed expression of lanolin, lime and wet slate in a classical aged Riesling style.
The wine still has steely acid at its core , but it is now soft and developed, with citrus still the star, there is considerable length to finish with a slatey minerality. The wine is best consumed over the next couple of years.
