Review Detail

A very light yellow in colour, the nose has delicate aromas of green apple and unripe pear, the palate is mineral with a core of citrus that benefits from some peppery juniper berry like influences. This wine is part way through it's development and should be left for a few more years for the complex secondary characters to come into their own and add their accent to the youthful nose and front palate.
