Review Detail

The grapes for this wine are sourced from three vineyards in the Mount Barker region of WA, there was minimal intervention in the winery allowing the wine to express the variety and region.

A very light yellow with a slight green tinge to the glass with a nose of candied lime and apple. The palate is pristine with a taut mineral core that is well contrasted by the slightest amount of residual sugar that’s a great textural counterpoint. There is lemon blossom and slate which give depth to the long and focussed finish.
