Review Detail
2014 Seppeltsfield Eden Valley Riesling
Wine Rating
91
This wine was produced from the Garden of Eden vineyard, an elevated site that has resulted in a wine that shows delicate aromatics and pristine minerality.
A very light yellow in the glass with flecks of green, the nose gives candied lime and lemon curd with some floral citrus blossom aromas.
There is a great mineral drive to the wine, green apple and lime benefit from lively acidity with honeyed citrus and an attractive textural grip to finish.
Immediately enjoyable, this wine will also cellar and take on more developed secondary characters.
