A light yellow with green flecks in the glass, there were initially a few bubbles in the glass but they soon disappeared. A very attractive nose that has some aged characters alongside citrus blossom and lime.

I really enjoy the texture of off-dry riesling, especially in a wine like this where pristine acidity is pitted against sweeter lychee and lime cordial characters. There is a touch of spice and savoury textural grip to finish. This wine will drink well for a long time.
