Review Detail

A light yellow in the glass, there is a slight effervesce that disappears within a few minutes and should sort itself out with some time in the bottle. The nose is youthful and aromatic with lemon blossom, wet slate and jasmine.

The wine shows good purity of fruit with a mineral and textural grapefruit grip that provides a counterpoint to driving citrus acidity and more subtle orange blossom and unripe pear characters. The finish lingers with wet slate and powdery citrus.
