An ever so slight yellow tinge to the glass, this wine is off dry with 24 g of residual sugar; allowing an enjoyable interplay between sweeter citrus blossom / lychee fruit and tingly acidity.

There is somewhat of a resurgence of off-dry riesling in Australia, especially when residual sugar adds contrast rather than dominating the wine, the former or which is highlighted in this release. The wine finishes with slatey acidity thats well supported by crunchy green apple and lime notes.
